Ohana Health super easy orange protein smoothie

Ingredients

Directions

Chop apple, carrot, banana, broccoli into bitesize pieces.

Finely chop ginger.

Pour coconut water into blender and as many pieces of the chopped ingredients as will fit.

Blend.

Add the rest of the chopped ingredients if necessary.

Add chia seeds, ginger, protein powder and anything else you fancy.

Blend again.

Pour into glass and drink 🙂
