This is one of the few protein powders I’ve found that tastes OK when mixed just with water. But tastes even better with milk or any milk alternative such as lactose free milk, almond milk or oat milk. It is also a tasty addition to a sweet smoothie like apple, banana and kiwi fruit. Or as an after dinner treat or breakfast alternative.
